Premium Virgin Hair is 100% human hair that has never been chemically processed soft, silky, and naturally lustrous.
Raw Hair is the purest form of human hair, collected directly from a single donor. It’s completely unprocessed, maintaining its original pattern and natural thickness for unmatched longevity.

2. How long will my hair last?

With proper care, our Premium Virgin Hair can last 2–3 years, while our Raw Hair can last up to 5 years or more. Think of it as an investment in your beauty — meant to stand the test of time.

 3. Can the hair be colored or bleached?

Absolutely. All Celestrial Bless hair can be lightened to 613 blonde or colored to your desired shade.
We recommend professional coloring services to preserve the softness and quality of your bundles or wig.

4. Does the hair shed or tangle?

Each bundle is crafted to be tangle-free with minimal shedding. Like your natural hair, gentle handling and proper maintenance will keep it smooth and manageable for years to come.

 5. What is the processing and shipping time?

We take pride in quality, so please allow 3-6 business days for processing and preparation.
Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 2–3 business days after processing.
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your order from our hands to yours.

 6. What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the hair has been opened, worn, or altered.
If there’s any concern with your order, please reach out to us — we’ll do everything we can to ensure you’re satisfied.

 7. How do I care for my hair?

Treat your bundles or wig with the same love as your natural hair:

    • Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.

    • Gently detangle starting from the ends upward.

    • Allow hair to air dry or use low heat when styling.

    • Wrap or store in a silk bag to maintain softness and shine.

      • Avoid heavy oils or alcohol-based products.

8. How do I style my hair?

Styling for Straight Hair

  • Each bundle has undergone a shampoo and deep conditioning.
  • Tip: Make sure to use a heat protectant on the hair before applying heat to it to preserve the natural state and moisture level that is within the hair. 
  • Daily Care: Employ a detangling brush, starting from the tips and working towards the roots. Style as desired.
  • IMPORTANT: Refrain from using heavy oils or serums, as they can lead to the hair becoming heavy, tangled, or matted. A small amount, no larger than a dime, is sufficient to preserve the integrity of your luxury hair extensions.
  • Recommend Products for Heat Protectant: Olaplex No. 7, WOW extra strength, and Paul Mitchell Skinny Serum 

Styling for Body Wave 

  • Each bundle has undergone a shampoo and deep conditioning.
  • Tip: Make sure to use a heat protectant on the hair before applying heat to it to preserve the natural state and moisture level that is within the hair. 
  • You can wear wet and wavy with a lightweight leave-in conditioner mixed with water. 
  • Daily Care: Employ a detangling brush, starting from the tips and working towards the roots. Style as desired.
  • IMPORTANT: Refrain from using heavy oils or serums, as they can lead to the hair becoming heavy, tangled, or matted. A small amount, no larger than a dime, is sufficient to preserve the integrity of your luxury hair extensions.

Styling for Kinky and Curly Hair 

  • Each bundle has undergone a shampoo and deep conditioning.
  • Tip: I don’t recommend flat ironing the curls as heat could alter the curl pattern. However, if you do flat iron the hair it can go BONE STRAIGHT.  
  • Daily Care: For revitalized curls, fill a spray bottle with a mixture of 3 parts water: 1 part leave-in conditioner (ensure to shake well before use). To enhance your curls further, apply your preferred curl-defining cream, brushing (preferred denman brush with 9 rows) from the ends up to the roots. Gently scrunch the curls afterwards and let them air dry.
  • IMPORTANT: Avoid brushing your curly bundles when dry to prevent damage. Refrain from using heavy oils or serums, as they can lead to the hair becoming heavy, tangled, or matted. A small amount, no larger than a dime, is sufficient to preserve the integrity of your luxury hair extensions.

 9. Can I install the hair myself?

Our Ready-To-Wear Glueless Wigs are designed for effortless, beginner-friendly installation simply put it on, adjust, and go.
For bundles or lace installations, we recommend visiting a professional stylist to achieve a seamless, long-lasting finish.

10" - 16": 2 Bundles

18" - 26": 3 Bundles
